Accessing the playroom is easy! the first step is to go into a video session (click here for steps on how to do that)

Once you are in a video, just click on the playroom button on the bottom right corner of the screen:

This will launch the playroom for both you and the client without having to leave the session. In the session, both the practitioner and the client will be in the playroom together on their own devices.
