We have added a mandatory waiting room to the PracticeSpace video for an added layer of security. This article explains how this works and how to allow participants to enter into the video session.

Note: Please ensure you are logged into your practitioner account on PracticeSpace before joining a video session.

When opening a video you will see this screen below:

At the bottom left corner of the screen, you will see the banner saying that you are the moderator of the video. This will allow you to control who enters into the video session.

If you do not see the "Moderator" notification, please sign out of your PracticeSpace account and sign back in.

You can sign out by clicking on your name or profile pic in the top right corner of the page and then clicking on the "Sign Out" option.

As participants open the video, they will see this notice on the side of the video:

They will need to ask to join by clicking the blue button and will only be allowed in once the moderator gives them access.

Note: There are no meeting passwords set at this time.

Once they request to join the call, the moderator will see a notification looking like the one below in the bottom left to allow them in:
