Updated over a week ago

With PlaySpace's new customizable Playrooms, you can change the look, feel, and content of each playroom to fit each individual client's needs.

Viewing your list of Playrooms

To view your list of playrooms

  • Go to PlaySpace from the left menu

  • Identify the "Playrooms" card

  • Click on the "Manage" button

There are three rooms added to your account by default - the Child room, Teen room, and Adult room.

Create a New Playroom or Update an existing Playroom

To create a new Playroom

  • click on the "Create New" button.

This will show you the "Playroom Editor".

To update an existing Playroom, just click on the Playroom name in the list of Playrooms.

From here, you can

  • Select the room layout and room colour you prefer

  • Add Images to the walls of the Playroom

  • Give the room a relevant name and description - eg. "Julia Rose's room" etc

Managing the Content Available in a Playroom

You can also choose which Activities and Content are available in each playroom!

NOTE: All "Single Player", "Multi-Player", or "Activity Shelf" items are disabled by default. You will need to add the ones you like to each room.

To configure the content in the Playroom,

  • You'll find the "Manage room activities" section in the bottom right corner of the Playroom editor

  • You can enable or disable any of the 4 groups of activities by clicking on the toggle next to the name

NOTE: If a group has been disabled, you will not be able to click on it in the Playroom

  • To enable or disable specific games or books, click on "Edit" next to the group

  • From the list of activities or books displayed, enable or disable the ones you want by clicking on the toggle at the bottom of the card

  • Then click "Back" and wait for your Playroom to complete saving the changes
