If you are looking to share a form template with other therapists on PracticeSpace please follow the steps below
Steps for The practitioner sharing the form template
In the papers section, Click on the template you want to share
Click on the download button (this will download the the form to your computer in a PracticeSpace compatible format (JSON))
Share this file with the practitioner who wants to upload it
Steps for the practitioner uploading the template to their account
In the papers section, click on import
Select the JSON file from you computer that you received from the other practitioner and click open
The template will now be a part of your library
