The Community is a section in PlaySpace where practitioners can browse, share, and use forms and storybooks from other practitioners in the community.
How to access the Community
You can access the PlaySpace Community by clicking on "Community" in the left menu of the platform
How to browse the community
Browsing the community is easy! You can search for specific forms, storybooks, terms, or topics with the search bar. You can also filter by:
File type (Intake, Note, Consent, Storybooks, etc)
Age
Topic
Viewing the Content
To view the content, click on the card in the Community
This will show the details of that content, such as its Title, Description, and Tags
You can see what it looks like by clicking on "Preview"
Once you're ready, you can copy it to your account
Copying Content to Your Account
Click on the content you want to copy to your account
Click on "Copy to My Activity Shelf" in the details view
Once copied to your activity shelf, you can view the content by navigating back to the home page and clicking on 'Activity Shelf'
In your activity shelf, you will see all of your resources (such as storybooks and forms) that you've created or uploaded from the community. Please note, any items copied from the community must be 'Published' to be able to use in your playrooms. To publish a resource, simply toggle on 'Published' next to the desired item.
Now you can use and edit these forms/storybooks for your own use as well as add them to any playrooms or toolkits for your clients in session!
