The clinic community allows you to share forms, worksheets, games, storybooks, and more within your clinic.
Your Clinic Community and the PlaySpace Community
The difference between your Clinic Community and the PlaySpace Community is that the Clinic Community is your secure area to share resources between practitioners in your clinic instead of sharing publicly.
How to access the Community
You can access the PracticeSpace Community by clicking on "Community" in the left menu of the platform
How to browse the community
Browsing the community is easy!
You can search for specific forms, storybooks, terms, or topics with the search bar. You can also filter by:
File type (Intake, Note, Consent, Storybooks, etc)
Age
Topic
When looking at the community there will be 2 types of content,
PlaySpace content in Pink
PracticeSpace content in Green
PlaySpace content - Storybooks, games, and worksheets  | PracticeSpace content - Forms, Notes, Documents  |
Viewing the Content
To view the content, click on the card in the Community
This will show the details of that content such as its Title, Description, and Tags
You can see what it looks like by clicking on "Preview"
Once you're ready, you can copy it to your account
Copying Content to Your Account
Click on the content you want to copy to your account
For Forms, click on "Copy to My Forms" in the details view
For Storybooks and Worksheets, click on "Copy to My Activity Shelf" in the details view
Once copied, the content is listed with the title "[Name of content] - Copied from Community"
Storybooks can be found in "Activity Shelf" in PlaySpace
Forms can be found in the papers section
Now you can use and edit these forms/storybooks for your own use!
