Go to the clinic community section of PracticeSpace

To find something specific, you can either use the search bar or the content filters to filter for specific content types

Click on the form or storybook that you want to copy into your account - this will show you all the details about that Form or Storybook

Click "Preview" to see the form or storybook in full

Once you're ready to copy this content to your account, click "Copy to My Activity Shelf" or "Copy to My Forms" to add the content to your library

Once you have done this you will find the storybooks you have copied in your Activity shelf in the PlaySpace section and the forms in the papers section - (with "copied from community" in the title)

Now you can use and edit these forms/storybooks for your own use!
