You can make your Playrooms colourful and customizable by uploading your clinic’s logo and selecting brand colors that reflect your unique style. It’s a simple way to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for your clients, every time they log in!
Manage your Playroom Branding
Note: Only Clinic Owners and Solo Practitioners can set or manage the brand colors and logo
Individual practitioners in a clinic can still customize the room layout, room colors, wall art, and room activities
To find your Playroom Branding settings
Go to PlaySpace
On the Playrooms card, click on Manage
On the "Manage Playrooms" page, you see a "Settings" icon
Click on it to view your Playroom Branding settings
Adding Brand Logo
Note: Once added, the logo will be applied to ALL Playrooms in the clinic
To add your Logo to the Playroom
Go to the Playroom Branding settings
In the "Logo" section, upload an image of your logo
To enable and add this logo to all Playrooms in your Practice, select the "Enabled" checkbox
Adding Primary and Secondary Brand Colors
Note: Once added, the brand colors will be applied to ALL Playrooms in the clinic
To add your Primary and Secondary brand colors to the Playroom
Go to the Playroom Branding setting
In the "Brand Color" section, select the color you want for the Primary and Secondary colors
To enable either color, select the "Enabled" checkbox for each of the color
Note: If you only enable the Primary or Secondary color, the default Playroom color will be displayed for the other
