If you see a grey or blank screen when going to your PracticeSpace or PlaySpace account, it may be caused by an issue on your wifi network.
To reset your network,
Disconnect your internet modem from the power outlet
Disconnect your internet router from the power outlet
Wait 20 seconds
Connect both your modem and router back into the power outlets
Wait for your wifi network to come back online
Connect your computer or phone to the wifi network
Go to https://app.practicespace.health and try to access your account
If your account is still blank, please message us via the support messenger at the bottom left side of your screen.
