Company Values can be pegged to recognitions that Users give once they have been enabled. Here's how to do it:

Company Values can be enabled within the Admin Settings menu, under the Workspace tab.

Checking the checkbox will enable Users in your Workspace to give out recognitions with Company Values. You'll need at least one Company Value before you can do this.

PraisePal provides Amazon's 14 leadership principles as default values within each new Workspace. You can use these values as a quick start, or choose to edit or archive these values as you see fit.

When you enable Company Values, by default, Users have an option of whether to attach a Company Value to recognitions that they post. You may choose to set this to "Required" such that your Users are required to provide a Company Value whenever they post a recognition. This allows you to see which Values are more recognised in your company.

Company Values that are no longer relevant can be Archived. Past recognitions that have an archived Company Value attached to it will not change and the Company Value remains.

Company Values that are archived will no longer be accessible by you. Please reach out to Support if you'd like help in unarchiving a Company Value.

Each Company Value can optionally have a description about it. These display in a popup when a user clicks on a Company Value in a recognition, allowing a user to learn more about the Company Value.

Each Company Value can also optionally have an image attached to it. These will be automatically attached to a Recognition that is posted with the Company Value. The image is also displayed in the popup when the user clicks on it from a recognition.

You can upload a Value Image when you create a new Company Value, or when you're editing a Company Value.
