Company Rewards allow you to customise your Reward Catalogue with exclusive rewards that are managed completely by you.

Who can use this feature

πŸ‘‘ Available to all Workspaces.

βš™οΈ Global or Reward Ops Admin Permissions are required

These can include company merchandise, special deals that you've negotiated with a vendor, or something like lunch with senior leadership.

We've seen from past results that when a Company Reward holds relevancy to a company's values, it further helps to emphasise these values and increase their relevancy.

Configuring your Company Rewards

Company Rewards can be enabled within the Admin Settings menu, under the Rewards tab.

Your PraisePal Workspace comes with a set of 10 pre-configured Company Rewards that serve to complement our pre-configured Company Values. You can use these Company Rewards to get off to a quick start or choose to edit them or archive them as you see fit.

To activate a particular Company Reward, simply toggle it On.

Each Company Reward consists of:

  • Points to redeem

  • Quantity available

You can specify any number of points required for a User to redeem a particular Company Reward.

You can either set a Company Reward to have an unlimited quantity or to specify a limited quantity. Company Rewards with a limited quantity will no longer be displayed to Users even when they are toggled to be Active after their quantity hits 0.

Company Rewards that are no longer relevant can be Archived.

Important:

Company Rewards that are archived will no longer be accessible by you. Please reach out to Support if you'd like help in unarchiving a Company Reward.

What's Next?

Now that your Company Rewards are configured, learn what happens when your Users redeem them.
