To manage your subscription, head over to the Billing section of the Admin Menu and select Manage Billing. You'll be directed to a Billing portal, managed by Stripe.
Who can use this feature

Within the Billing portal, you can:
View Plan details: Including the amount that you are paying per billing cycle, with the number of Users on your current plan and when the next billing period is due.
Update your Plan: You can change to any of our available plans.
Change billing cycles: Choose between monthly or yearly billing.
Cancel your subscription: Subscriptions that are cancelled will continue to run and you continue to have access to PraisePal till the end of the current billing cycle.
Add new payment methods: New payment methods need to be assigned as a new default before the previous default method can be removed.
Change billing information: Configure your billing address and the email which you'd like to receive notifications here.
View past invoices: A list of all your past invoices with PraisePal, available for download.
Signing Up for a Plan

You can upgrade your Workspace to a paid plan within the Billing section of the Admin menu. Simply click on Upgrade and you'll be directed to enter your payment details. Chat with us if you run into any issues and we'll be happy to help.
