Who can use this feature

To invite a new User, head over to the User tab in the Admin Menu and select Manage. There are 4 ways you can invite new Users to join you in your Workspace.

For Single invites, fields are separated according to Required and Optional. The default option for a user's allowance tier is set as the tier with the lowest points. You can optionally fill in other information such as the user's birthday and hire date.

For Bulk Invites, simply type in the email(s) of the Users that you would like to invite. Note that emails must be separated with a comma in the case of using the Bulk Invite.

You can also upload a CSV that has been populated with your existing user data, and we will process it automatically. A template with the required formatting has been provided for your convenience. Do note that we only accept CSV uploads at this point. Any other file types will result in an error message.

Once you've uploaded your CSV, our systems will process your file, and once done, you'll receive an email notification. In the meantime, it's safe for you to close the window, or navigate somewhere else.

You can enable your Workspace's Invite Link by heading to the Workspace tab in the Admin Menu and selecting General.

Once you've enabled your Invite Link, other Admins will be able to copy the invite link from the General tab. Your teammates that follow this link will be able to join your Workspace.

You can restrict who can join your Workspace via the Invite Link by whitelisting email domains. When there are whitelisted domains specified, only individuals with access to the specified email addresses will be able to join your Workspace via the Invite Link.

Important: If there are no whitelisted email domains specified, anybody with the Invite Link will be able to join your Workspace.

Users that have been invited will have their accounts created for them automatically. Other Users in your Workspace will be able to give them recognitions immediately, and they start to count towards your total number of billed users from the next calendar day onwards.
