Sharing recognitions allow your Workspace's users to share recognitions on social media, showing your company's strong internal working culture, while helping your users showcase their achievements at work.

Sharing Recognitions can be configured within the Admin Settings menu, under the Recognitions tab.

Sharing recognitions is enabled by default in all Workspaces, so all PraisePal users can share recognitions by default. To configure sharing recognitions, you'll need to be on the Starter Plan and above.

When sharing recognitions is enabled, a "Share" button appears within the recognition display, which opens a popup when clicked.

Users can copy the generated link and share it on their respective social media platforms.

This will showcase the recognition in a preview image, allowing users to display their achievements in their work and your company's strong culture of recognition.
