When you receive Recognitions, you also receive some points as Earnings. These Earnings can be spent on Rewards within the Rewards section of PraisePal.
There are 2 main Reward types: Gift Cards and Company Rewards.
Gift Cards
PraisePal currently has over 3000+ global brands in our catalogue, across 20 different countries, and growing! For a full list of countries and rewards available, refer to our public catalogue.
Who can use this feature
👑 Available to Workspaces on the Starter Plan and above.
⚙️ Admins need to enable Gift Cards.
As many gift card brands only allow local redemptions, be sure to filter for the right location when making a redemption. You can also check the "Show redeemable only" option to filter out Gift Cards that you might not yet have enough Earnings to redeem.
When you've selected the Gift Card brand and option that you would like to redeem, simply click on the "Confirm Redemption" button.
Gift Card redemptions are processed by the PraisePal team and you can typically expect to receive your Gift Card via your PraisePal account's email in 7 working days or less.
Important:
Some Gift Cards require us to ask you for additional information, such as an ID or mobile number. In such cases, we will reach out to you for this information.
Please mark all emails from PraisePal as 'Important' or 'Star' it in your inbox to prevent your Gift Card from going to spam mail.
Company Rewards
You can think of Company Rewards as your company's own customised internal catalogue of Rewards and they are managed by your company admins. These are usually company swag, internal fun prizes, a special perk for your work, etc.
Because they are managed by your company admins, what you can redeem here really depends on your company and what they offer.
Some Company Rewards have been set by your Admins to only be available in certain locations or countries, so be sure to filter for the correct location. You can also check the "Show redeemable only" option to filter out Rewards that you might not yet have enough Earnings to redeem.
Clicking on the "Confirm Redemption" button will redeem the Reward, and your company Admins will receive a notification about your redemption.
Company Rewards are administered and managed by your company, so reach out to your Admins directly if you have any questions about the Reward's redemption status.
