If you are leaving your company, you must redeem your gift card rewards on PraisePal before your account is deactivated. Rewards can only be redeemed with existing PraisePal user accounts.

If you have redeemed your gift card reward and will not receive it before your last day at your company, the gift card can be sent to your personal email address instead.

Notify us of your personal email address by sending us a message via the live chat support, or email support@praisepal.com.

Your message should come from the email address of your existing PraisePal account, for verification purposes.
