On the PraisePal platform, Admins can export certain live data from the workspace.
Who can use this feature
👑 Available to all Workspaces.

Export User Activity Data
To export the activity data, head over to the Admin Page here.
You can simply go to 'Users' and click on 'Activity'.
Filter the data you want to export under 'Data Display.' There are four options available: Users, Recognitions, Celebrations, and Points Top Up.
Click the 'Export' button located in the top-right corner.
Once you click on Export, you can choose the required month of the data you need.
Clicking on 'Export All Time Data' enables you to export all the available data from all the years.
The data will be sent automatically to your email.
Export Reward Redemptions Data
To export the rewards redemptions data, head over to the Admin Page here.
You can simply go to 'Rewards' and click on 'Redemptions'.
Click the 'Export' button located in the top-right corner.
Once you click on Export, you can choose the required month of the data you need.
Clicking on 'Export All Time Data' enables you to export all the available data from all the years.
The data will be sent automatically to your email.
