How do I launch PraisePal?

Set up your new PraisePal workspace and launch it under 15 mins.

Once you sign up for your PraisePal workspace, here's a quick 3-step guide to getting started:

1. Customise your account

Head to your admin settings page to set the allowance your employees have to give away to their colleagues. After that, you can take the customisation even further with custom rewards, celebration bots, integrations, and more.

2. Add a payment method

Your PraisePal workspace comes all set up with a catalog of global gift cards and donations. All you need to do is add a payment method, and your team will be able to redeem these rewards. This also unlocks your access to all paid subscription features, such as added customisations, reports, and integrations.

Note: You only pay for the user subscription fees upfront. You do not have to pay for the points that your users are given. Payment for gift card rewards are charged at the end of each month, for the total amount of gift cards redeemed by your users. (eg. If a user redeems a $5 Starbucks gift card, you will be billed for that gift card redemption at the end of the month).

3. Announce PraisePal to your team and launch!

You're ready to launch! All you need to do is upload your users! Do it via the bulk upload tool.

Each team member will get an email invitation to join PraisePal. You can also integrate PraisePal onto your preferred communication platform, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Chat.
