Initiate the Request:
As a Global workspace admin, notify us via live chat or email to support@praisepal.com, requesting the change of the user's email address.
Clearly state the user's current email address and the new email address to be assigned.

Include a brief justification for the change. This could be due to personnel changes, account updates, or any other relevant reasons.
Wait for Confirmation:
After sending the request, await confirmation from the support team via email from support@praisepal.com.
