The Basics
Campaigns serve as an internal tool to drive certain behaviors that you would like to see in your team and reports.
Fig 1. Example Campaigns
Within each Campaign, you can set challenges. When a participant in your Campaign completes a challenge, they receive points. Participants can then use these points to redeem rewards.
Fig 2. Campaign Challenges
In the above example (Fig 2), participants of the "ISO Certification Support" campaign can complete the "Contribute Process Feedback" challenge. Doing so would earn them 500 points.
⚠️ Campaign Privacy
Campaigns are only visible to participants and administrators of the Campaign. Users are not able to join Campaigns on their own, and require a specific invite from a Campaign administrator to do so.
Check out the example below.

Fig 4. Screenshot of User 2's Campaign Page
Based on the 2 screenshots, you can see that User 2 is unable to access most of the Campaigns that User 1 is able to access. This is because User 2 is neither a Participant or Administrator of these Campaigns, and thus does not have access to these Campaigns.
