What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if you request one within 48 hours of the charge. Partial refunds may also be available in certain cases.
Refunds for Android Users
Refunds can be processed directly through us. Please fill out the form on this page, and our team will assist you.
Refund eligibility is subject to review, and processing times may vary.
Refunds for Apple Users
All payments made via the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
Go to Apple's Refund Request Page and sign in.
Click “I’d like to”, then select “Request a refund.”
Choose the reason for your refund request and click Next.
Select the app, subscription, or item you want refunded, then click Submit.
Wait 24 to 48 hours for Apple to update you on your request.
💡 If you can’t find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com:
Search your email for a receipt from Apple.
If you're part of a Family Sharing group, sign in as the family organizer to request a refund.
If the charge is still pending, wait for the receipt before submitting a refund request.

Refunds for Direct Payments (Stripe)
Please reach out to our support team through the Contact Us Form. Provide your purchase details, and our team will assist you with the refund process.

What If Apple Denies My Refund Request?
If Apple has already denied your refund and it is beyond their usual timeframe for reconsideration, we still want to support you. While we cannot issue refunds through the App Store, we offer two options as a goodwill gesture:
Option A: 50% Refund via PayPal – If Apple refuses your refund, we can offer a 50% refund as a courtesy.
Option B: 100% Refund + Feedback Interview – We can offer a full refund via PayPal if you're willing to share feedback on your experience with Praktika.ai in a brief call. You can schedule it here, or let us know if you need alternative timing.
🚨 Important: Because we do not process Apple transactions, these refunds can only be sent via PayPal.
