Theres an example Excel file at the bottom of the page. You can use that as a starting template for your own data. If you use it - remember to delete the helping text and descriptions.
Create components manually in the system:
Go to "Data" in the navigation on the left.
Go to "Components" in the navigation on the left.
Now press on the "Add Components" button in the right corner.
Then choose "Create product".
Create components with CSV file:
Go to "Data" in the navigation on the left.
Go to "Components" in the navigation on the left.
Now press on the "Add Component" button in the right corner.
Then choose "(CSV) Upload Component".
Press on "Select a new file" and the choose the CSV/Excel file you want to import.
Now all the columns from the CSV file is displayed, to give you an overview of the data. Now press "Next".
Now you can optional link components to products if needed. If your variants are connected via an ID you can map what Column Name and Product Identifier should be linked.
Now you can optional chose to update existing components if ID matches with the uploaded products.
If you want to update you have to chose whether to overwrite all data or not.
Now you need to map the CSV files columns to a field in the system. When all information is mapped all the columns to a matching attribute in our system. When you are done, press on the "submit" button below.
Be aware: some of the values is under categories. For example: SKU, GTIN is a part of the field "Product Identifier" and Product dimensions like product height is a part of the field "Dimension".
If you are missing an attribute from the list, you can create Custom Attributes, but beware, this will take you out of the pop-up, and your progress with mapping and uploading will be lost.
When the import is finished, you will get an overview about how many products was uploaded successful, failed og canceled. By pressing the "Show details" button. If you cannot figure out what's wrong, get the support at the chat in the corner.
You are now good to go and can find the imported products in the "Components" in the navigation on the left.
Note:
You can assign the "Component type" through the upload.
Add a column called "Component type"
Add whether the component is one of the types below

Processed_Material
Ingredient
