Why work DDS alerts?
DDS Alerts is a way to automatic get "Attention required" on batches and invoices if they are missing information. When being compliant with EUDR you need to fulfill DDS statements for EU TRACES and this requires all information is available.
Where to find the DDS alerts?
The DDS alerts are shown in a column on the batch list and on the invoice list. Click the alert bottom to open the DDS pop up showing all the attributes an their status.
How to setup the DDS alerts?
The DDS alerts is setup automatic and the DDS pop up pull information from different parts of the system. Etc. the supplier informations is pulled from the supplier linked to a given product. The location information is pulled from a location document, that has been linked to the given batch.
Remember to link location, batches, suppliers and products!
