How to get onto the platform?
You have receive an email (check spam if nothing has been received).
If the e-mail is from you customer with a direct link:
Follow the link and create an account.
If the e-mail is from prduct:
Click the "Create Account" bottom in the email.
Follow the steps and create an account.
When account is all setup, go back to the invitation email and click the "Accept Invitation".
You can now find the company on your profile (click on your name in the left corner).
How to sign a policy?
When logged into the platform a pop up will meet you, where you can read and sign the policy. You can upload your own policy, if that is more suited for you. If there is no pop-up or you have skipped it? Go to > Supply Chain > My customers and find your that specific customer and press bottom in the policy column.
I'm not the right person to sign the policy?
If you are not the correct person to sign the policy? Scroll to the bottom and press skip. Now you should the correct team member (see below).
How to add team members?
Click the 3 dots in the left corner where your name is.
Choose "My Organization".
Scroll down to "Add Company Member"
Here you can add an email and choose the role of the member. As a standard there is only a administrator role. Scroll down to find the settings for creating new roles (learn more)
