Step 4: Custom Milestone Template

Build loan status updates/Milestones to be delivered to anyone in the transaction. This does NOT cover Custom Milestone Notifications.

Step One: In the lower left corner of the screen, click the gear icon.

Step Two: Click on Settings.

Step Three: A box will pop up prompting you to choose either your personal settings or company settings. Personal settings will only allow you to change settings for your personal account, company settings will change things for the whole company.

Step Four: On the left side of the screen, under System Defaults, click Loan Templates.

Step Five: Under Milestones click Edit Default Milestones.

Step Six: There are 13 default milestones in the system, by clicking the pencil icon you can edit an existing or custom milestone.

Step Seven: A box will pop up when you click the pencil that will allow you to change the Title, write a Description, input an Integration ID, and a dropdown menu that allows you to choose between Classic or Custom notifications.

Step Eight: You can also drag and drop your milestones in the order you would prefer them by clicking and holding the three lines symbol on the far right side of the milestone. Make sure to Save Changes.
