Step One: From the Dashboard click on icon that represents filters to the left of the search bar. Several dropdown filter menus will pop up.

Step Two: Click on the dropdown filter menu(s) and choose the status that is applicable to your needs.

Step Three: After you choose the filters you want to use, click Create Filter Set from Current Filters. Creating the set will add a dropdown menu option next to View Filters.

Step Four: In the lower left corner of the screen, click the gear icon.

Step Five: A menu will come up with several options, from here choose if you would like to go into Company Settings in order to edit things for the whole company, or My Settings to edit your own settings.

Step Six: On the far left of the page, under System Config, click Processing Status.

Step Seven: Click on +New Status in the upper right corner.

Step Eight: After you click +New Status a new row will be added to the Processing Status Configuration. Enter your chosen name.

Step Nine: Update the category to either Lead, Loan, or Closed from the dropdown menu under Category.

Step Ten: After creating the new status, go to Marketing Status on the left side of the screen under System Config.

Step Eleven: From the Marketing Status tab, to the right of the Marketing Status Triggers, click on Change next to your chosen Marketing Status.

Step Twelve: After clicking Change a box will pop up with all of the different Marketing Status Triggers. Select the the Marketing Status Triggers you would like to link with your chosen Marketing Status(es). Click Save.
