Step One: From the Dashboard click on Gear in the lower left corner of the screen, then click on Voicemail Library on the left side of the screen.

Step Two: In the Recording Manager box, click on New Recording.

Step Three: After clicking New Recording, a box will pop up titled Create Recording. Choose either Upload Recording or Record using Phone. We recommend uploading a recording that was recorded using the computer due to better quality.

After recording your message, click Upload Recording, the file explorer will pop up. Choose your recording and click Open to finish the upload.

If you choose Record using Phone, you can enter or confirm your phone number and you’ll get a call that will have you record your message just like leaving a voicemail. This will upload straight into Pre-Approve Me as an audio file you can preview before continuing. To re-record your message, click Close and go back through the steps. If it sounds good, click Continue.

Step Four: It's time to add the Ringless Voicemail to your chosen milestone. Click on the Gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen.

Step Five: Choose either My Settings or Company Settings. Select the settings that best fit your needs.

Step Six: Under System Defaults, click on Loan Templates.

Step Seven: Click on Edit Default Milestones.

Step Eight: On the right side of your Milestones click on the pencil icon.

Step Nine: A box will pop up, click on the drop down menu, change the heading from Use Classic Notifications to Use Custom Notifications.

Step Ten: Click Add Notification.

Step Eleven: A box will appear after clicking Add Notification, click Voicemail.

Step Twelve: Click on Select from Library.

Step Thirteen: Select your chosen recording, click continue.
