When you see that your APR is completely off, but can't figure out why. You most likely have added everything to the loan correctly, but missed one little step...
To correct this error you will want to complete the following steps...
Step 1: From within the loan, click Programs in the upper left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click the drop down menu, select the option that is available.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Finance Fees section and make sure that you have correctly selected the correct % or a $ amount and click Save.
Step 4: Go back out to the loan and your APR should be corrected.
