Step Three: Go to App Config in the side menu under Personalization.

Step 4: Click on Open Configuration.

After clicking Open Configuration, a page should open in another tab that looks similar to the one pictured below. From here we can do all sorts of things, such as customizing the theme, widget placement etc. of your Mobile App.

MobileApp-1

*The side menu shows different sections that correspond to what your different types of users will see in the mobile app.*

From here we are going to start with the basics - Branding.

Step Five: The first thing we are going to edit is the Theme. From the side pull out menu, under App Settings, click Theme.

Theme

Step Six: From Theme, you can change your Mobile App Logo, Icon, App Name, Login Background, and the actual Theme (color scheme) of the mobile app. First click on Upload Logo. When you click Upload Logo you will be taken to your File Explorer, from here locate the logo you would like to upload. Repeat this step with the App Icon and Login Background.

*Note: Steps requiring the addition of a logo work best when the logo has a transparent background. If your logo does not have a transparent background, we highly recommend Remove Bg *

UploadLogo

*It may take 10-15 minutes for your logo to refresh. If your logo has not updated after 10-15 minutes, clear your cache.*

Step Seven: Under Theme there is a drop down menu that will allow you to choose your color scheme; Light, Dark, and Hybrid. There is also an option to Edit your color scheme or create a new color scheme. The color scheme you choose (light, dark, hybrid, or a new scheme) does not alter your primary company color.
