Step One: In the bottom left corner of the screen click on the gear icon.

Step Two: A menu will come up with several options, from here choose if you would like to go into Company Settings in order to edit things for the whole company, or My Settings to edit your own settings.

Step Three: On the left side of the screen, under System Defaults, click on Loan Templates.

Step Five: Under Programs and Fees, click Edit Default Loan Programs.

Step Six: From the dropdown at the top of the page under Loan Options Settings, choose the loan type.

​Step Seven: Further down the page under Pre-Approval Letter Template and Pre-Qualification Letter Template, use the drop down menus to choose the default letter templates for the selected loan type.
