How To: Use Filters in PAM

This guide teaches you how to utilize the filters on your Dashboard.

Step One: From the Dashboard, click the View Filters.

Step Two: After clicking on the View Filters button, a selection of dropdown menus will come up; All Processing Status, All Marketing Status, All Loan Officers, All Processors (We changed ours to Helpers), All Realtors, All Companies, and All Creation Dates.

Step Three: Through the filters you can create custom default filters. In order to do this you first need to select the filters you want using the dropdown menus.

Step Four: After selecting all filters you want to use, click Create Filter Set from Current Filters.

Step Five: A box will pop up called Create Filter Set, click the Filter Set Label box and enter the chosen label for this set of filters.

Step Six: Check the Set new filter as default box if you would like your new filter to be the default filter. Click Create.

Step Seven: If you click on the custom filter dropdown menu next to the View Filters dropdown menu, you can choose which custom filter you would like to use. Your default filter will have (*) next to the name.
