Step One: The first way to get your Smart 1003 is to click on the Gear icon in the bottom left corner.

Step Two: Choose My Profile on the left side of the pop up menu that pops up after clicking the Gear icon.

Step Three: In the menu on the left side of the screen, click on Loan Officer.

Step Four: Scroll down to where it says Loan Application Link. From the dropdown menu select the application link that works best for you, Short Form, Long Form, Custom Website, or Smart 1003.

Step Five: In order to get your Smart 1003 Link click on Primary from the same menu on the left side of the screen.

Step Six: Scroll down to the bottom of your Primary (profile) page, your Smart 1003 Link is at the bottom, simply copy and paste it to where you need it.

Step One: From the dashboard, click on Marketing Resources in the menu on the left side of the page.

Step Two: From the Marketing Resources page, scroll down to the Borrower Landing Page section.

Step Three: From the Borrower Landing Page section, you can add a realtor to create a Co-Branded link, click on the Realtor button to add your chosen realtor.

Step Four: After selecting the realtor, click on the copy link button, you will then be able to paste your Co-Branded Landing Page link on your website or in emails, etc. in order to share the app.
