How to dial in your company Profile. (NMLS, Integrations etc.)

Step One: Click on the Gear icon in the bottom left corner of the page.

Step Two: A menu will come up after clicking the Gear icon. Click on Company Profile on the right side of the menu.

Step Three: The first tab is the Primary tab. From Primary, you can edit things for your company, such as Company/Branch Name, Company/Branch Domain, Company/Branch NMLS, Branch License #, State License #, Public Contact Email, Public Contact Phone, and more.

***NOTE*** Make sure to pay attention to which branch/company you are in as these changes will be specific to the branch/company you are in.


โ€‹Step Four: From the menu on the left side of the screen, click Address.

Step Five: The Address tab is pretty straight forward, this is the tab where you input your company address. Make sure to click Save Address after adding the company address in.

Step Six: From the menu to the left of the page, click on the Contacts tab. This is the tab where you can enter your company contacts.

Step Seven: The Contacts tab has three categories for you to add information about your contact. The first category is a dropdown menu that allows for you to select their primary job for the company.

Step Eight: The second dropdown menu from the Contacts tab allows you to choose the contact from your company.

Step Nine: The last category in the Contacts tab is an area for you to write notes about the contact, this is where you can put any important information about your contact. Make sure to Save Contacts.

Step Ten: If you need to add more contacts, in the upper right corner, under Edit Company Settings, click +Add.

Step Eleven: The last tab from the left side menu is Integrations.

Step Twelve: From the Integrations tab you can set up integrations such as Dropbox, DocuSign, Accountchek, Encompass, Point, LendingPad, Zapier, as well as Custom Integrations.
