Removing the % to Completion Milestone from Emails

This guide walks through how to turn off the milestone percentage feature in your emails to your customers.

This is the milestone percentage feature found in emails, some people really love being able to see the progress, others... Not so much. Follow these simple steps and you'll have a clean email with no more milestone percentage feature!

Step One: In the lower left corner of the screen, click the gear icon.

Step Two: A menu will come up with several options, from here choose if you would like to go into Company Settings in order to edit things for the whole company, or My Settings to edit your own settings.

Step Three: On the left-hand side of the settings page, scroll down and look under System Defaults. Click on Loan Templates.

Step Four: Toggle on Hide email milestone completion percentage. Click Save.

***Note*** Following steps 1-3 will not change the progress bar in the mobile app, steps 1-3 will only change the progress report in emails.

Step Five: To get rid of the progress bar you see in the mobile app, click on the gear symbol in the bottom left corner of the screen, choose Company Settings or My Settings.

Step Six: From settings, click App Config.

Step Seven: Click Open Configuration.

Step Eight: Under Loans Dashboard, click Dashboard Builder.

Step Nine: Find your Loan Progress bar (configurations vary based on how how you have changed the configuration), click on the pencil icon.

Step Ten: A box will pop up titled Edit Widget, under Button Functionality click the dropdown menu and select Open Milestones. This will allow the customer to view the status of the loan without the progress bar.

Step Eleven: Under Title choose what you would like to call your widget.

Step Twelve: Choose how you would like your widget to look, either Narrow, Short, or Tall.

Step Thirteen: Click Save.
