AccountChek Integration with Pre-Approve Me

How to setup the integration and how to request bank statements using it once the integration is complete.

Step One: Click on the Gear icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step Two: After clicking the Gear icon a menu will come up. Click on My Profile on the left side of the menu.

Step Three: From the menu on the left side of the screen, click Integrations.

Step Four: From the selection of integrations, click on Configure Integration under AccountChek.

Step Five: After clicking Configure Integration a box will pop up prompting you to fill in your credentials.

Step Six: After entering your credentials, click Test Credentials. After testing your credentials, there should be a successful message at the bottom of the screen.

Step Seven: After getting the successful message, two dropdown menus will be added the the configuration box. The first dropdown is called Refresh Period (Days), the second is called Checked Period (Days). Use the dropdown menus to set your Refresh Period as well as the Checked Period. Click Save.

Step Eight: After AccountChek is integrated, there should be a check mark next to Configure Integration.

Step Nine: Now that AccountChek is integrated, it's time to ask a client for a document. From the integrations page, click on the house icon in the upper left side of the screen.

Step Ten: From your Loans & Leads, click on the loan conditions you would like to enter.

Step Eleven: From the menu above the conditions, click +Create a Condition.

Step Twelve: A box will pop up when you you click +Create a Condition. Use the Type dropdown menu to select Asset Verification.

Step Thirteen: Fill in the Name category with the chosen condition title.

Step Fourteen: Fill in the condition Description box. Click Create.

***NOTE*** It is important to be as descriptive as possible so the borrower knows exactly what to send.

Step Fifteen: After creating the condition a new box will automatically pop up. This box allows you to assign anyone you want the condition to be sent to. In order to assign someone to a condition, simply toggle them On or Off. Click Done.

Step Sixteen: Click Save Change in the bottom right corner of the screen and Send. Clicking Send will automatically send the condition to all the assigned people.

Your borrower should receive an email shortly after you click Send.
