Step One: Click on the Share button on the left side of your Dashboard.
Step Two: Choose whether you are sharing your app with either a Borrower or a Realtor.
Step Three: If you choose Borrower, you will have the option to send your app or your 1003. If you want to send just the app, click on the App button.
If your borrower is interested in getting started on a loan right away, link them directly to the 1003 by clicking the 1003 button.
***Note*** Make sure to set a Loan Officer or the 1003 feature will not work properly.

Step Four: If you chose the 1003 option, you will be prompted to choose which form you would like to send your borrower, Smart 1003, Short, Long, or Custom.
***Note*** Skip this step if only sending the app.
Step Five: Select how you would like to send the link to your app. You an choose either Text/SMS, Email, or Link. We recommend Text/SMS.
Step Six: Enter the Phone Number or Email, or Copy Link to Clipboard depending on which option you choose.

Step Seven: If you chose the Text/SMS or Phone option, click +Add More Info, and fill in as much information as you can. Filling out the information and not just the phone number or email will allow you to know which borrower you are contacting.
Step Eight: After filling out all information, click Send.
You have officially invited your borrower to your app!
