Step One: In the bottom left corner of the page, click on the Gear icon.
Step Two: From the pop up menu, choose My Profile on the left side of the menu.
Step Three: From the menu on the left side of the screen, click Integrations.
Step Four: Scroll to Dropbox, click Connect your Account.
Step Five: A new tab will come up, some users will be taken directly to Dropbox sign in, others will get a message like the one pictured below, click Continue.
Step Six: Some users will have the option to choose between two Dropbox accounts. Choose the one that makes sense for your needs.
Step Seven: In some cases a user may not be signed into Dropbox already, if this is the case Auto Sync feature will not automatically link your Dropbox account to PAM. To fix this, simply sign in to your Dropbox account.
Step Eight: In order to configure your Dropbox to your liking, click on the gear icon next to where it should now say Disconnect your Account.
Step Nine: Next step is to configure your Dropbox to best fit your PAM needs. Configuring your Dropbox will just tell your documents where you want them to go, in order to do this click the gear icon next to where it says Disconnect your Account.
Step Ten: After you click the gear icon, a Dropbox Configuration box will pop up. The box will give you two options to organize the information that goes into your Dropbox.
The first option is Create a folder for each loan and place all synced files in that folder. This option allows you to create a folder for each borrower's loan documents.
The second option is Create a folder for each loan, and folders for each condition within the loan folder. Place all synced files in their individual condition folder. This will allow the system to create folders for each loan as well as folders inside of the loan folders for each condition.
Step Eleven: Choose the Dropbox file folder you would like your loan files to drop into. Click Save.
You have successfully integrated Dropbox!
