Condition Reminder Settings

This guide will walk you through how to set up reminders for your conditions.

Step One: In the lower left corner of the screen, click the gear icon.

Step Two: A menu will come up with several options, from here choose if you would like to go into Company Settings in order to edit things for the whole company, or My Settings to edit your own settings.

Step Three: Under System Config click on Conditions Library.

Step Four: Scroll down to your Conditions Library. In the top left corner of the Conditions Library box click Edit Reminders.

Step Five: After clicking Edit Reminders a box will pop up. Enter how often you would like to remind your customer by selecting the number of days using the first dropdown menu.

Step Six: Inside the same box, the next prompt will ask you to indicate how long reminders will be sent, there are two choices; Continue to send these reminders until all conditions are due or all conditions are accepted.

***NOTE*** If you want to send reminders until conditions are due, you MUST set a due date.

Step Seven: Next to Reminder Time of Day click the dropdown menu and choose Any, Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. Click Done in the lower right hand corner of the box.

Step Eight: Next to the Edit Reminders button, there is a Reminders button to toggle On or Off. If you toggle the button On, reminders will automatically be sent. If you toggle the button Off, reminders will not send automatically. Don't forget to save your changes!
