Tagging Conditions

This guide will teach you how to tag conditions in order optimize your organization and take back more of your time.

Step One: In the lower left corner of the screen, click the gear icon.

Step Two: A menu will come up with several options, from here choose if you would like to go into Company Settings in order to edit things for the whole company, or My Settings to edit your own settings.

Step Three: On the left side of your screen, under System Config, click Conditions Library.

Step Four: Under Conditions Tags & Library you'll find your default set of conditions as well as a box called Conditions Tags. On the right side of the Conditions Tags box click +Add a Tag.

Step Five: Enter your chosen tag, click Add.

Step Six: Make sure to Save Changes.

Step Seven: It's time to add a tag to a condition, scroll down to the condition you want to apply your tag to, click on the pencil symbol on the far right side of the chosen condition.

Step Eight: When you click the pencil icon a box will come up, go down to the Tags option in the box and check any tags you would always like to apply to the selected condition. Click Done.

Step Nine: Make sure to Save Changes.
