***OPTION ONE***
​Step One: In the bottom left corner of the screen, click on the Gear icon.

Step Two: On the left side of the pop-up menu, click on My Profile.

Step Three: When you are in your profile, using the menu to the left, click Loan Officer.

Step Four: From the new page, scroll down to Loan Application Link. Click the dropdown menu to choose which kind of 1003 that works best for you as your default application. The options include: Smart 1003, Short Form, Long Form, and Custom Website.

Step Five: After choosing your default 1003, make sure to click Save Loan Officer Profile.

***OPTION TWO***

Step One: In order to view the 1003 and share it, click on the house icon in the menu to the left of the screen to go back to the Dashboard.

Step Two: In the top right corner of the screen, click the Open My Loan Application. This button will take you to an external page with the smart 1003 application.

Step Three: Copy URL from the address bar at the top of the screen, this allows you to paste the URL wherever you need it, whether that's in an email, a website, as well as whatever helps your personal need.

***OPTION THREE*** (With Co-Branding)

Step One: If you have a realtor you want to connect to the loan application, using the menu on the left side of the screen, click on Marketing Resources.

Step Two: From the Marketing Resources page, go to Loan Applications.

Step Three: Inside of the Loan Applications section, click on Select Realtor.

Step Four: After clicking Select Realtor a box will pop up. Select the realtor you would like to have connected to the loan application, if the user is not on the list, search the realtor by their name and select the realtor.

Step Five: After selecting the Realtor, click on the Loan Application dropdown menu to select the loan application type you would like to use.

Step Six: From the Marketing Resources page, in the bottom left corner of the Loan Applications box click on the copy link button. After clicking the copy button you will be able to past the Co-Branded link wherever you need it.

***OPTION FOUR***

You can also send the application by clicking the Share button from the pull-out menu on the left side of the screen.

Step Thirteen: A box will pop up, make sure you have 1003 marked. You will have four types of 1003 to choose from, Smart 1003, Short, Long, or Custom. Choose the option that makes the most sense to you.

Step Fourteen: Under To, choose how you want to send the 1003 to the borrower, either by Text/SMS, Email, or Link.

Step Fifteen: Fill in as much information as you can by clicking +Add More Info before sending the application.

Step Sixteen: Click Send.
