Step One: From the left hand menu on the Dashboard, click Contacts.
Step Two: In the upper right corner of the Contacts screen, click +New User.
Step Three: After you click +New User you will get taken to the Create User page, here you will be prompted to choose which type of user from a dropdown menu.
Step Four: After choosing which type of user you would like to add, you will be prompted for account information. Fill out all of the information.
Step Five: The system will start the new user as a Billable Seat and will prorate the user from the day you add them. To see your billing information, click on the gear icon in the bottom left hand corner.
Step Six: After clicking the gear icon a menu will pop up. Click Billing.
Step Seven: Once you're in Billing if you look at the right side of the screen you will see a list of all the billable members of your team.
Step Eight: The billing page is also where to add billing information for your company. You can enter all card information in the main box of the billing page as well as which subscription you want to opt for. There is a Monthly subscription as well as a Yearly subscription.
