Step One: From the Loan Dashboard, in the Loan Info box click on Send Pre-Approval Letter.
Step Two: A box will pop up that allows you to adjust the loan and send the Pre-Approval Letter. Make sure the scenario says Qualified before sending the letter.
Step Three: From the top left side of the Send Pre-Approval Letter box, click Save and Send. Clicking Save and Send will automatically send the letter to the borrower and anyone who is connected to the loan.
Realtors and borrowers can get letters on their own if the scenario has been approved.
