Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Our referral program is designed to reward affiliates (also referred to as "partners") who help promote the Prefixbox AI Search & Filter Shopify app (later referred to as "App"). By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
As a registered affiliate, you will receive a commission of the merchant's subscription fee, paid monthly, for each referred merchant who installs the App and pays for any of Prefixbox's plans (self-service or managed).
Referrals are attributed to your agency based on your unique referral link that was shared with you upon registering for Prefixbox's Partner Program.
Your referral commission will be calculated automatically each month as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.
2. Registration and Approval
To join our referral program, please register using the following link:
Upon registration, our team will manually review your application. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email and access to your personal referral link with custom UTM parameters. This link ensures that referrals are properly tracked and attributed to you.
3. Commission and Payout
Commission Rate: 25% of the referred customer's monthly subscription fee.
Minimum Payout Threshold: $10. You will receive payment once your accrued commissions reach or exceed this amount.
Payout Methods: Payouts are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer, based on your preferred method provided during registration.
Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. Ensure that your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.
4. Tracking and Attribution
Once approved, you will receive a unique Shopify App Store referral link. When someone installs the app through your link, it will be automatically attributed to you in our Mantle Affiliate Partnership system.
To ensure proper attribution:
Only use the unique referral link provided to you.
Referral links must be shared through your own channels (blogs, websites, social media, etc.).
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote the app in a genuine, professional, and ethical manner.
Avoid spammy or deceptive practices.
Ensure that your promotional content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We do not allow our affiliates to promote Prefixbox.com or any of our associated websites through paid ads on Google or any other platform. Instead, we encourage you to promote the App through your own original website and content that shares information about our services.
We reserve the right to disqualify affiliates who engage in fraudulent activities or violate these terms.
6. Prefixbox Marketing and Sales Assets
Once registered, you will gain access to a variety of marketing assets curated by the Prefixbox team.
If you have an idea that requires a custom banner, email template, or other promotional material, please contact us, and our specialists will assist in creating these for you.

7. Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. If the program is terminated, all approved commissions earned up to that date will still be paid out.
