Add integrations

Go to Prefixbox > Integrations to manage apps.

Download and install the review or wishlist app you'd like to use from the Shopify App Store, then return to the Integrations menu to activate it.

Click "Enable" on the chosen app's card to use it together with Prefixbox.

⚠️ Important: Installed apps must also be enabled in your Theme editor. Make sure the toggle is on for each integration you want to display.

Enable the apps under Shopify Theme Extension - turn the toggle on for the ones you'd like to use.

Reviews in search results

Depending on the review app you choose, Prefixbox can display product ratings and review counts inside the product tiles on search and collection pages, and in the Autocomplete. This gives shoppers quick social proof right where they’re browsing.

If you'd like to use the Judge.me app for gathering and displaying product reviews, an additional step is added to the activation process: hit Force sync once the app is added to your theme and enabled under Integrations.

In case you're using Yotpo, Junip or Reviews.io, there's no need for syncing, your product reviews will show on the search result page, in Autocomplete, and on collection pages.
