Turn on Prefixbox Agent Core embed to equip your store with an AI agent designed to boost sales with smart product discovery and reduce costs by automating support

Turn on the 'Prefixbox agent core' embed for your selected theme on the Homepage of Prefixbox:

Alternatively, you can go to Configuration > General (tab) > Theme overview and click 'Manage app embed' button next to the desired theme to activate the agent core embed:

When you first enable it, you'll be asked to turn on 'Hybrid search' setting (if it's not already on) under Configuration > General (tab) > Search relevance.

After saving, it will trigger a new product catalog sync, so please wait 5-10 minutes till the catalog resyncs for the changes to go live.

โ€‹Now, you can finally enable 'Prefixbox Agent' app embed. You'll be redirected to Shopify Theme Editor's 'App embeds' tab, where you just need to switch on the embed and save to have your AI chat live.
