Within the event in which you want to add a new ticket, you will find the section “Tickets" on the bottom. Select the option “New ticket”:
Ticket type: Select the type of service you want to add.
Price: Set the price of the service.
Order in sales website :Indicate the position (1, 2, 3...) in which it will appear within the list of services on the web, depending on the order in which you want them to appear.
Total amount on sale:Indicates the total number of tickets available for that specific service.
Limit per purchase: Limits the total number of tickets a customer can purchase in a single transaction.
Status:
On sale: The service will be displayed on the sales website and customers will be able to purchase.
Private sale (access by link): The service will be created within the management platform, but will not be visible on the sales website. To extract the link, simply add “?service_id=” followed by the service code to the event URL.
On request: The service and price will be displayed, but the customer will not be able to buy directly, but must request permission to purchase it. This request will be sent to you by e-mail, and you will be able to decide whether to accept or deny it.
Sale closed: The service will be displayed as closed within the platform and customers will not be able to purchase.
Sold out: Indicates the time at which the sale of the service will be closed, within the date indicated in the previous section.
Add a “Title” to identify the service (i.e.: VIP Table + Bottle) and a “Ticket type Description” (i.e.: VIP table + Bottle for 4 pax. €100/extra person). In addition to the “Ticket conditions” and finally, for the RSPV button to appear on the website, it must be changed to “Customize payment buttons”
