Cancellation from the validation App
You can cancel it at the door of the premises, from the Validation app of tickets, accessing the red icon “Ticket refund”.
Once scanned and confirmed that they want to make the return, the customer will receive an automatic email confirming the cancellation, and the refund of the ticket will reach their account within a maximum period of 72 hours, depending on the bank.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Given the decision to deny access to the premises to a conflicting customer, it is the organizer's discretion whether or not to refund the ticket.
Return from the sales website
Manage the return from the internal platform, accessing the event and entering the section “Sold tickets”
Search for the client by name or email in the search engine:
Once the return is confirmed, the ticket is deleted.
If the ticket is not free, the cancellation may be: Only of the ticket or also of the money. You can select the option you want (image):
