As soon as we have all the necessary data to create your new sales website, we will proceed with the transfer of the platform to your domain or subdomain. Please note that the setup can take up to 48 hours in the worst case (depending on the provider). In the best case, it takes minutes.

In case you do not have your own domain, we recommend using "dondominio.com" or "namecheap.com" as registrar. It is not necessary to purchase any hosting plan, only the domain.

Then, it will be necessary to activate the "Redirection and Parking" plan (it is free) to manage the DNS. It can be configured by accessing the domain, and going to the "Web Hosting" section. Select the option "Contract plan > Redirections", and you will have the free DNS and redirection zone. It may take a few minutes. Once the configuration is complete, you will be able to continue with the next steps.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT create a subdomain from your hosting panel, it must be managed from the DNS section, inside the domain.

It is necessary that the domain/subdomain that you want to use to host the web, point it to our server. To do this, you must follow the steps explained below:

Log in to the control panel with your user account.

Select your domain to access the Domain Settings page.

Under Actions or Additional Settings, select Manage DNS

Select Add in the records table

You can then point your domain/subdomain:

Point the subdomain with a record of type "CNAME" to the following domain: "whitelabel.premiumguest.net"

Create a "CNAME" with the name you want, for example "events", "tickets", "tickets", "experiences"... (some providers may ask you to put "events.yourdomain.com") pointing to "whitelabel.premiumguest.net". This option can only be used with subdomains.

This includes that it can be done with "www.tudominio.es", since this is also a subdomain. In the case of "yourdomain.com", this would not be accessible and you would have to create a redirect to "www.tudominio.es" from your domain provider and create the CNAME record at "www.tudominio.es", as we do not currently support this type of setup with a redirect. We always recommend using a subdomain other than "www" to avoid configuration problems as well as to give you the option to have a separate website from the ticketing platform.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact our team.
