Please see the link below for the updated SSA Alterations Guidance document outlining acceptable procedures for making changes to the face of the Sales & Service Agreement after signature.

Effective January 1st, 2026, these guidelines introduce a color-coded system designed to streamline the alteration process and ensure clarity regarding the necessary actions for different types of modifications. This document aims to provide clear instructions and address common scenarios to facilitate a smooth transition to the new procedures.

  • 🟩 Green – Signer initials and date next to the change are acceptable.

  • πŸ”΅ Blue – One-way communication to the customer (e.g., email outlining the update) is acceptable. *Some sections have both Green & Blue. In these cases, either option is acceptable.

  • πŸ”΄ Red – Updated documentation must be generated and re-signed by the customer.
