Step 4: Respond Quickly

  • If SBS asks for more details, reply as soon as possible

  • Delayed responses = delayed turnaround


Step 5: Out-of-Scope Requests

  • If your request falls outside SBS support:

    • SBS will guide you to the correct team or resource
